Blackhawk Ranch is located approximately 4 miles from the Prior exit # 42 off of interstate 25 between Aguilar and Walsenburg Colorado. Blackhawk Ranch is a well established ranch community of approximately 180 parcels of 35+ acres. The terrain is varied and many parcels offer spectacular views.
There is a Property Owners Association and Mountain Ranch Restrictive Covenants apply. This ranches covenants are not particularly restrictive. There are a number of homes within the ranch already built and under construction. The yearly P.O.A. dues are $375 per year, mainly to maintain the roads and clear snow. All parcels have power to the property line.
