Renewed Interest In Ranch Properties
2008 was an exceptional year for Fuller Western. We sold over 230,000 acres of land last year rounding out our best year ever. And if all of the indications I'm seeing are correct we'll have an even better year in 2009.
I wrote the LaVetaForSale.com website and also maintain it. Since the first of January traffic to the site has increased tremendously. My phone has started ringing with remarkable consistancy as well. Interest has picked up dramaticly. I have been receiving calls from people I worked with last year and the year before that are now serious about finding their special place here in the mountains.
It's hard to explaine why interest always moves like the tide, but right now the tide is definately rising. This should be a great year!
