Navajo Ranch offers a great alternative for people who want to live on a ranch, have excellent mountain views and still be close to town without the higher prices associated with other more expensive southern Colorado ranches.
The ranch is conveniently located about half way between Walsenburg and La Veta Colorado along State Highway 160. Navajo Ranch is a large ranch with many different phases. Lots at the ranch start at 2 acres and go up from there. Some areas of the ranch allow owners to have livestock.
The views from the ranch are 360 degrees and they are incredible! Most areas are in pinion and juniper.
Prices for lots on the ranch start at less than $20,000 and homes start at under $100,000.
