Silver Spurs Ranch
Silver Spurs Ranch is a horse lovers dream come true. Rolling hills, dike walls and fabulous rock formations combine to make this ranch the epitome of a Colorado horse ranch. This older more established ranch has a number of 35+ acre parcels.
From Walsenburg head south on Ideal road a few miles outside of town you will find Silver Spurs Ranch. There is a Property Owners Association in place. The yearly POA fees are $295, mostly for road maintenance.
